Connection Strap

The elastic connecting strap is what connects the airbag vest to the attachment point of the saddle strap. This connection is essential and defines the first trigger of the C-Protect Air® deployment mechanism.

The strap is designed to detach from the device thanks to its ball joint. During a fall, it separates from the equipment and releases the firing pin from the cartridge, allowing the airbag to be inflated in a record time of less than one second.
